Ever heard of Ergopedia.com? Neither had I until a friend at our Park Day group mentioned it a few weeks ago. This friend teaches science for her homeschool co-op and spent the summer researching curricula for this year’s class: middle and high school physics. She decided to go with Ergopedia and was kind enough to bring the textbook to the park for homeschool-mom show-and-tell.
She likes that the text is available in hardcover and online as an ebook with embedded videos and animations. Also, the course is easily adapted to a variety of math-readiness levels and is loaded with laboratory investigations. And the price is right: just $19 for the ebook.
Check it out and see if it’s right for you and your students!
